Glycoprotein is used to manufacture GKPC-020 and GKSQ-020 (CHO mAb N-glycan libraries). The N-glycans present are typical of those seen on CHO derived monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), consisting of mainly neutral fucosylated complex biantennary N-glycans, with some high mannose (Man5) N-glycans. The protein and labeled N-glycan standard libraries are available together as GKPC-020-P (InstantPC labeled) and GKSQ-020-P (InstantQ labeled).
