Bio X Cell Monoclonal Antibody, mouse IFNγR (CD119), Rat IgG2a, κ
Supplier: Bio X Cell BE0029R001MG
The GR-20 monoclonal antibody reacts with the mouse IFNγR (interferon gamma receptor) α chain, also known as CD119. It blocks IFNγ mediated effects by binding to an epitope in the receptor's ligand-binding site, inhibiting IFNγ binding to CD119. The IFNγR is expressed ubiquitously on most cell types, excluding mature erythrocytes.
