Bio X Cell Antibody, anti-mouse PD-1 (CD279), Clone RMP1-14, Rat IgG2a
Supplier: Bio X Cell BE0146R001MG
The RMP1-14 monoclonal antibody targets mouse PD-1 (programmed death-1), also known as CD279. PD-1 is a 50-55 kDa cell surface receptor of the Ig superfamily, negatively regulating TCR signals. It binds PD-L1 and PD-L2, inhibiting T-cell activation, proliferation, and cytokine production, which can lead to T-cell death. The RMP1-14 antibody specifically blocks the binding of both mouse PD-L1-Ig and mouse PD-L2-Ig to PD-1.
