The compound can improve bone quality in hind-limb unloading (HU) model rats and can be used for the study of disuse osteoporosis (OP). It also decreases the expression of chondrogenesis markers (Comp, Acan) and adipogenesis markers (Lpl, Fabp4) in MSCs.
