MF-DH-300 is a 15-PGDH inhibitor that can be used for the research of muscle disorders such as spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). For research use only. 15-PGDH (15-Hydroxyprostaglandin dehydrogenase) acts as a tumor suppressor in various organs (breast, colon, liver, lung, pancreas), with decreased expression linked to increased tumorigenesis. It metabolizes intracellular PGE2, preventing its binding to EP receptors and thereby suppressing PGE2 signaling.
