Rhesus Monkey full length tissue cDNA panel of 10 tissues is your choice of any 10 cDNA samples (10 reactions each). The cDNA of each tissue is made of RNA extracted from freshly harvested tissues of single healthy normal Rhesus monkey adult donor using classical guanidine isothiocyanate phenol: chloroform extraction method. RNA is treated with RNase-free DNase-1 to remove residual DNA. The cDNA is primed with Random Hexamer primer.Quality Control:The integrity of each RNA sample as indicated by intact ribosomal RNA is verified by denatured agarose gel electrophoresis. The purity of RNA is assessed by NanoDrop (A260/A280: 1.9-2.1). Residual DNA contamination is tested by PCR.The synthesized cDNA is also tested as template for PCR amplification of ß-actin gene.
