Easily scale up your cell culture production with Nest Biofactories. They are an efficient alternative to using large numbers of TC flasks, dishes, roller bottles etc.. Each chamber provides an average cell yield of 6.36 × 10⁷ and offers 639 cm² of growth surface. The 33 mm threaded caps feature integrated 0.2 µm non-wettable PTFE membranes, allowing for sterile gas exchange. Surfaces are plasma etched (TC treated) to support adherent cell lines. Flask layers are ultrasonically welded together with no adhesives that may leach. Molded in an ISO 7 cleanroom, sterile (SAL 1 X 10^-6) and lot tested free of DNase, RNAase, DNA, cytoxins/endotoxins and BSE/TSE. Extensively tested for leachables/extractables per ISO 10993. cGMP compliant (21 CFR part 820/821). Extensive validation dossier available upon request.
