ONO-AE3-208, also known as AE 3-208, is a selective and orally active EP4 receptor antagonist with a Ki of 1.3 nM. It demonstrates less potent effects on EP3, FP, and TP receptors. This compound is capable of suppressing cell invasion, migration, and metastasis of prostate cancer, showing dose-dependent inhibition of cell invasion and migration in vitro without affecting proliferation. In vivo studies indicate that ONO-AE3-208 suppresses the bone metastasis of PC3 cells in mice.
