- Derived from human pancreatic adenocarcinoma tissue.
- Organoid culture suitable for 3D assays and pharmacological screening.
- Biosafety level 1 and intended for laboratory research use only.
- Recommended growth at 37°C in 95% air, 5% CO2 atmosphere.
- Seeding density: 0.25-1 x 10^6 viable cells per 100 μL of ECM per well (6-well plate).
- Include 10 μM ROCK inhibitor for the first 2-3 days following subculture.
- Supplied frozen in dry ice packaging; store below -130°C (liquid nitrogen vapor) until use.
