Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail protects phosphoproteins from dephosphorylation during lysis and extraction procedures from mammalian cells or tissues and for immunoprecipitation and kinase assays. Phosphatase inhibitor cocktails cover the widest range of phosphatases to ensure the protection of proteins from dephosphorylation. Components: ​​Imidazole (200 mM) Sodium fluoride (100 mM) Sodium Molybdate (115 mM) Sodium Orthovanadate (100 mM) Sodium tartrate, dihyrdrate (400 mM)"
