Also inhibits neprilysin 2 (Ki~2nM). Potent inhibitor of endothelin-converting enzyme (ECE) (IC50=0.68μM). Alternative name: N-(alpha-Rhamnopyranosyloxyhydroxyphosphinyl)-L-leucyl-L-tryptophan.
