Human Complement Serum from Innovative Research is a complex mix of serum proteins which are activated sequentially when antibodies in blood with immunity interact with the corresponding antigens. Complement proteins will quickly degrade if the serum is not prepared and stored correctly. Our complement-preserved serum is freshly collected aseptically and kept cold, and then flash-frozen at -80°C to prevent degradation of complement activity. We do not recommend this product be thawed for aliquoting, but we are able to accommodate custom volumes and aliquots upon request.Â
