"Protease Inhibitor Cocktail III is a specially formulated mixture of six protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of aspartic, cysteine and serine proteases as well as aminopeptidases. Recommended for use with mammalian cell and tissue extracts. 1 mL is recommended for the inhibition of proteases extracted from 20 g of tissue. Supplied as liquid in 1 mL DMSO, each vial contains: 100 mM AEBSF HCl 80 μM Aprotinin 5 mM Bestatin 1.5 mM E-64 2 mM Leupeptin hemisulfate 1 mM Pepstatin A"
