Use these high-quality PVC-free port disks with hose barbs to transfer fluids, buffers, media, and drug compounds from single-use bags used in pharmaceutical and medical industries. Ultrasonic, radio frequency, or thermal weld port disks to polypropylene medical and bioreactor bags to easily transfer fluids. Port disks with opposing barbs allow a port on each side of the bag to easily split the flow.

Animal-derivative-free polypropylene is radiation stable and resistant to solvents, chemicals, water, strong mineral acids, bases, and other inorganic environments. Not recommended for use with oxidizing agents.

Disks are manufactured, double bagged, and sealed in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom to ensure that the integrity is not compromised. An ISO Class 7 cleanroom utilizes HEPA filtration systems to maintain air cleanliness levels of less than 10,000 particles of 0.5 µm or larger per cubic foot.
