The RapiFluor-MS Quantitative Test Standard (RapiFluor-MS-TPTTQSSVSSQTTR-OH) is intended to be used to quantifyabsolute amounts of RapiFluor-MS labeled analytesusing fluorescence response and to assess the yields andproficiency of sample preparations. Each vial of RapiFluor-MSQuantitative Test Standard contains a lyophilized, highly purifiedsynthetic peptide that has been derivatized with asingle RapiFluor-MS label. It is purposefully designed to elutevia HILIC chromatography with a GU (glucose unit) value ofapproximately 4. It is QC-tested to ensure that it is quantitatively packaged at 100 pmol per vial.
