This is a 3-channel kit (Version: 1200-VA) that enables immunofluorescent detection of epithelial circulating tumor cells (CTCs). The kit contains a nuclear dye, a panel of antibodies and reagents for the detection of CD45 (to exclude WBC), cytokeratin(CK) and epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM). Samples are stained with a Ventana DISCOVERY ULTRA automated staining system and are imaged on a CyteFinder instrument. The kit contains 250 slides, instructions and protocols for staining and scanning and guidelines for interpreting results. It is compatible with the RareCyte RarePlex 488 nm: Developer Kit, Ventana.
