Rasarfin is a dual inhibitor of Ras and ARF6. It potently inhibits agonist-induced ERK1/2 signaling by GPCRs, and MAPK and Akt signaling by EGFR. It also prevents cancer cell proliferation and blocks GPCR internalization through inhibition of ARF6. Treatment with Rasarfin leads to a dose-dependent reduction in MDA-MB-231 cells.
