ABScript HII Reverse Transcriptase is a genetically engineered RNA-dependent DNA polymerase with RNase H activity. The enzyme can use RNA (cDNA synthesis) or ssDNA as a template to synthesize a complementary DNA strand that can be applied to the cDNA synthesis of the first and second strands. This product is compatible with BstL DNA polymerase, especially for RT-LAMP (reverse transcription-loop-mediated isothermal amplification).
