RoosterVial™ Exosomes are “ready-to-use” extracellular vesicles collected from RoosterBio’s Xeno-free Human Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem/Stromal Cells and manufactured using RoosterBio’s optimized extracellular vesicle production platform. Each lot is produced in a 3D bioreactor system which uses RoosterNourishTM-MSC-XF and is collected with RoosterCollect™-EV before downstream processing. Extracellular Vesicles in RoosterCollect™-EV are clarified, concentrated using TFF, and filtered with 0.2 µm filtration where they finish at a concentration of >5E9 particles per mL. EVs are analyzed for size, concentration, purity, tetraspanin surface markers (CD9, CD63, CD81), and cytoplasmic marker TSG101 before delivering a final product with >80% lipidated exosomes per vial. RoosterVial™ Exosomes leverage our advanced equipment capabilities and expertise so you can see if Exosomes work for your research before committing to cell culture and EV manufacturing processes.
