Rosiglitazone maleate (BRL 49653C) is a potent and selective activator of PPARγ with EC50s of 30 nM (PPARγ1), 100 nM (PPARγ2), and 60 nM (PPARγ). It also acts as a modulator of TRP channels, inhibiting TRPM2 and TRPM3, and activating TRPC5. This product is for research use only.
