The Salisbury 8 ft Hot Stick is an insulated fiberglass hot stick designed for use on energized electrical equipment up to 46kV. It has a safe working length of 8 ft and a diameter of 1-1/4 in. The stick features a hook on one end and ring on the other end for attaching accessories. It is rated for a maximum working load of 75 lbs. The stick provides protection against accidental contact when working near exposed energized conductors and equipment. It meets ASTM F711 standards for electric insulated fiberglass sticks. This hot stick allows utility linemen to safely perform live line work.
