The BUSSMANN Semiconductor Fuse 630-A Amps is a fast-acting, high interrupting rating semiconductor fuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment. This UL recognized fuse has a voltage rating of 250VAC and features a ceramic body construction with nickel-plated brass endcaps and blade terminals. The fuse measures 1-1/4" long x 1/4" wide and has a maximum opening of 630 amps at 250 volts. With high surge withstand capability and low let-through values, this semiconductor fuse provides reliable overload and short circuit protection for semiconductors and other sensitive electronic components. The compact design allows for high density board mounting.
