SGC707 is a synthetic small molecule developed by the Structural Genomics Consortium (SGC) that is a potent allosteric inhibitor of the protein arginine N-methyltransferase 3 enzyme (PRMT3, IC50=50 nM). It is >100-fold selective over other methyltransferases and non-epigenetic targets. Provided as 1 mg of dry powder. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter,  PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
