The AEGIS Shaft Grounding Ring by Electro Static Technology is designed to divert shaft currents to ground and prevent bearing damage. It is made of a conductive microfiber material that provides a safe path to ground for stray shaft currents. This ring has an inside diameter of 2", outside diameter of 2.5", and width of 0.5". It can be installed on motor shafts, pump shafts, roll shafts, and other rotating shafts from 1.5" to 2.5" diameter. The AEGIS ring protects against electrical damage from VFD-induced shaft currents.
