The Grainger Approved Shelf Cap is a plastic shelf cap designed to protect the edges of shelving. It measures 4" long x 1" wide x 1/4" thick and has a black finish. The cap slips over the front edge of metal shelving up to 13 gauge to provide a finished look and help prevent injury from sharp edges. It can be used on wall standards, wall brackets, slotted angle, and other types of shelving. The cap is made of durable polypropylene plastic.
