SIRT1-IN-2 (compound 3h) is a potent and selective inhibitor of SIRT1 (silent information regulator 1), exhibiting an IC50 of 1.6 μM. For research use only, this product is not sold to patients. It demonstrates selective inhibition, with an IC50 of 39 μM for SIRT2, indicating a higher potency towards SIRT1. In cellular studies, SIRT1-IN-2 (0-100 μM, 48 h) has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of human cancer cell lines, including K562, HCT-116, HepG2, A549, and MCF-7, with IC50 values ranging from 37 μM to 51 μM. Notably, it exhibits significantly less cytotoxicity on 293T cells and HUVEC, with IC50 values of > 100 μM and 45 μM, respectively.
