Use STEMdiff Monocyte Differentiation Supplement (100X) to support the differention of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) to CD14sup/sup monocytes. Available either individually or as part of the STEMdiff Monocyte Kit (/products/stemdiff-monocyte-kit.html) the supplement is intended to be combined with StemSpan SFEM II (/products/stemspan-sfem-ii.html) to prepare the Monocyte Differentiation Medium. This medium can be used during the STEMdiff monocyte differentiation protocol to promote the production of CD14sup/sup monocytes.
