Super Block eliminates the need for matching species with the link antibody and is often, more effective at reducing non-specific background staining than normal serum. Ready-to-use no mixing required Super Block reduces the handling of animal serums in the laboratory. A streamlined formulation without normal serum in the product eliminates the need to match species with the secondary antibody.
