TFMU-ADPr diammonium is a fluorescent ADP-ribose-based substrate used to monitor poly(ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase (PARG) activity in biochemical assays. Upon enzymatic cleavage the molecule releases a fluorophore, enabling quantitative measurement of PAR hydrolase activity and facilitating inhibitor screening and enzymology studies.
