The Micro 100 16R758 is a 1/4" diameter, 3/4" long, 4 flute carbide thread mill with a TiAlN coating. It has a right hand spiral flute and can cut 60 degree internal threads in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, and other materials. The thread mill has a 1/2" shank and is capable of cutting unified thread sizes from 4-56 to 1/4-20 as well as metric thread sizes from M1 to M6. With its sharp cutting edges and wear resistant coating, this thread mill provides accurate threading and long tool life in production applications.
