Tinengotinib is an orally active small-molecule multi-kinase inhibitor used in preclinical oncology research. It potently inhibits Aurora A/B and FGFR family kinases, and also shows activity against VEGFRs, JAK1/2, and CSF1R. By blocking Aurora kinase-mediated cell cycle progression, it induces G2/M arrest, promotes apoptosis, and inhibits proliferation and angiogenesis. It is applied in studies of triple-negative breast cancer, gallbladder cancer, and tumor immune microenvironment. For research use only.
