TK-1 is a T lymphoblast cell that was isolated from a mouse with lymphoma and can be used in immunology research. TK1 cells have a unique phenotype with high levels of lymphocyte integrin, alpha 4, and beta 7. TK1 cells are useful for studies of alpha 4, beta 7 function, and regulation.
