TNM-FH insect medium, also called supplemented Grace’s medium, is ideal for general cell growth and maintenance when supplemented with 2-10% fetal bovine serum. It supports a number of insect cell lines from a variety of lepidopteran species. This medium contains the lactalbumin hydrolysate and yeastolate absent from our Grace’s insect medium.
