The Meso Scale Discovery U-PLEX Human IL-29 (IFN Lambda1) Assay Kit is a multiplex immunoassay that measures human IL-29 (IFN Lambda1) in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. It uses electrochemiluminescence (ECL) detection technology and provides high sensitivity, up to 5 logs of dynamic range, and low sample volume requirements. This assay kit includes a plate coated with capture antibodies, detection antibodies labeled with electrochemiluminescent labels, calibrators, and diluent. The assay has a typical sensitivity of 0.04 pg/mL and an upper limit of quantification of 10,000 pg/mL. It requires only 25 μL of sample per well and can perform up to 80 tests in a single plate.
