DiD perchlorate is a lipophilic carbocyanine fluorescent dye that intercalates into lipid bilayers to label membranes, organelles, liposomes, viruses, and lipoproteins. It provides bright red fluorescence (Ex 633 nm, Em 665 nm) for membrane imaging and cell-tracing applications.
- Lipophilic membrane probe for stable membrane labeling
- Red fluorescence with excitation 633 nm and emission 665 nm
- High supplied purity (≈98.6%) for consistent staining performance
- Solvable in DMSO for stock solution preparation; in vivo formulation guidance available
- Store protected from light at 4°C; unstable in aqueous solution-prepare fresh
