CD40L (CD154; TRAP) is a ligand to CD40/TNFRSF5, specifically expressed on activated CD4+ T-lymphocytes, involved in the activation of the NF-κB/MAPK pathway, B cell differentiation, maturation, and apoptosis. This human CD40L/CD154/TRAP Trimer Protein is expressed in HEK293 cells with N-terminal His- and Flag-tags.
