Tri-GalNAc-DBCO is a synthetic ligand composed of three GalNAc units connected to DBCO. It acts as a ligand for the sialic acid-degrading protein receptor (ASGPR) and can be coupled with targeting proteins or small molecules to form GalNAc-LYTACs.
