ARD-1676 is an orally active androgen receptor (AR) proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) that links an AR ligand to a cereblon ligand to induce targeted degradation of AR. It shows potent AR-degrading activity in vitro and in vivo and suppresses tumor growth in AR-driven VCaP xenograft models.
