Indirubin-3'-oxime (IDR3O) is a synthetic derivative of indirubin, acting as a potent inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) and glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β). It directly inhibits all three isoforms of JNK (JNK1, JNK2, and JNK3). This product can enhance height growth by activating Wnt/β-catenin signaling in chondrocytes and prevents cerebellar granule neurons from apoptosis.
- Inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs)
- Inhibits glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β)
- Directly inhibits JNK1, JNK2, and JNK3 isoforms
- Enhances height growth via activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling
- Blocks c-Jun phosphorylation induced by potassium withdrawal
- Prevents cerebellar granule neurons from apoptosis
- Significantly prevents 6OHDA-induced decrease of nuclear localized MEF2D expression
