Biotium DMNP-EDTA (Caged Calcium)
DMNP-EDTA (also known as DM-Nitrophen) is a caged Ca2 chelator. Upon photolysis, the Kd for Ca2 increases from 5 nM to 3 mM, resulting in a pulse of free Ca2. Properties: Light yellow solid soluble in water (pH >6) and DMSO; Store desiccated at -20°C and protect from light.
