Unique slide staining system features a square staining jar and a vertical slide rack. Both components are made from heavy duty acetal polymer resistant to alcohol and Xylene. Staining jar has a wide stable base and a recessed interior cavity with a reduced volume capacity of 80ml. Slide staining rack holds up to 12 slides with dimensions of 25 x 75mm, 25x76mm or 1" x 3". Slides are held vertically for easy insertion and removal. Rack is designed for quick drying of slides in a microwave oven or at temperatures up to 120°C. Jars available in five different colors for sample identification. Slide staining rack is sold separately.

This polypropylene rack accommodates a cover-glass in all sizes by simply adjusting the holder to fit the cover glass and then securing it by tightening the reset screws with the hex key. The holder is made from non ferrous material, so it is microwaveable.
The rack accommodates 10 cover glasses, round, square or rectangular, adjusting from 5 mm to 60 mm. Removable handle. Rack comes with two set of holding rods. They have good surface hardness and do not score from clamp binding screws. Tubes are 1/2" (13mm) in diameter, and are hollow, reducing weight to 1/2 of solid stainless steel rods while maintaining all the advantages of the stainless steel.
