They are ergonomic, clear, leakproof, sterile, particulate matter free, and ideal packaging containers. The bottles are compatible with all, automated/semi-automated, high-through-put, filling, capping, and packaging equipment. The foot print maximizes the surface area/volume ratio to improve the efficiency of all filling operations. The bottles have volumetric molded-in graduation marks for reference filling. They are supplied as endotoxin free, nuclease free, and gamma sterilized SAL 10-6 with natural color caps. The bottles are also available with custom cap configurations along with tamper evident and standard closure. They are pacakged in a multi-layer elastomer barrier for clean room operations. Bottles are manufactured using FDA approved resin.

Utilizing Foxx's patented VersaCap technology, no machining is required, making them ideal for single-use applications.
Each EZBiopure Titanium Round (TR) MTO cap assembly includes a GL45 open cap with adapter, GL45 close cap for storage, TPE tubing (ID 1/8 in, OD 1/4 in), fittings, a dip tube for precise draw, a 0.22 µm vent filter, and a ratchet-style pinch clamp. Each unit is double-bagged and gamma sterilized in the U.S.A.

High Cell Density (3~5x10(9) Cells/Bottle).BelloCell-500A is designed to remove the lid on the matrix basket allowing for easier collection of the carriers. Inverting the bottle, carriers fall into the cap and provide special functions such as cell seeding, virus infection, transfection, transduction, and cell harvest (solid screw cap is provided for this purpose). This is particularly ideal for extracting cellular protein or viruses directly from the carriers. MAJOR NOTABLE FEATURES: To increase cell adherence efficiency for certain cell lines that are sensitive to trypsinization by inverting the bottles, especially HEK293. To enhance virus infection/transfection/transduction efficiency with high virus or plasmid concentration by inverting the bottles. To save trypsin solution and increase cell harvest efficiency under sterile condition.

Bottle ONLY, Amber, 5L, Media Storage, GL-45. Heavy duty bottle which can be used for storage as well as mixing and sampling. Glass bead indicates full capacity line on 100mL through 2L size. Bottles have permanent white enamel graduations and marking spots. Optional red PBT caps and red ETFE pouring rings are available for dry heat sterilization (180°C). CAUTION: Bottles larger than 2L should NOT be used with bottle top filter units, or in other applications involving vacuum pressure, as breakage may occur. DO NOT have caps tightened immediately after autoclaving as the vacuum resulting from cooling can cause breakage. A pouring ring is not included on 25mL size. A vented cap is NOT recommended for use on the 5L and 10L bottle.
