Foxx Life Sciences presents its Single-Use Sterile EZBiopure Titanium Round Media Bottle Cap Assembly with tubing and vent filters. These assemblies let customers choose fittings (CPC MPC/AQS, plug, or luer) and TPE brand tubing (EZBio, C-Flex, AdvantaFlex, EZBioWeld, Flexlene, or PureWeld).
Utilizing Foxx's patented VersaCap technology, no machining is required, making them ideal for single-use applications.
Each EZBiopure Titanium Round (TR) MTO cap assembly includes a GL45 open cap with adapter, GL45 close cap for storage, TPE tubing (ID 1/8 in, OD 1/4 in), fittings, a dip tube for precise draw, a 0.22 µm vent filter, and a ratchet-style pinch clamp. Each unit is double-bagged and gamma sterilized in the U.S.A.

EZBio MTO Single Use Media Bottle Assemblies include a 2-port 53B VersaCap assembly with 1/8" ID (3.2mm) x 1/4" OD (6.4mm) EZBio® TPE Tubing and diptube. This bottle assembly features polypropylene luer locks that connect small diameter tubing with secure, leak-proof connections. Additionally, all bottle assemblies include a 0.2µm Hydrophobic PTFE Vent Filter that allows for ventilation while preventing media from escaping in the event of a spill. All EZBio "MTO" Single Use Media Bottle Assemblies also include an extra closed cap for storage and a ratchet style pinch clamp that allows the user to control flow into the container or close off the line entirely.
