Designed as a cleanroom-compatible closure for pharmaceutical container closures in ISO-certified cleanroom, this joint-free system eliminates fluid entrapment & leak risk while supporting closed-loop fluid transfer, media & buffer handling, & single-use systems. Compatible with gamma sterilization & offered as a gamma-irradiated silicone closure, it’s ideal for aseptic workflows & custom bioprocessing assembly.
Available in 38-430, GL45, 53B, &83B sizes, they fit glass, plastic & stainless-steel containers.

The lot number and sterility dating are printed on each bottle for traceability.PETG bottles are suited for temperatures of -40 C to 60 C and the screw caps are fitted with high density polyethylene cap liners. Polycarbonate bottles can be heated to autoclaving temperatures and frozen to -100 C. The screw caps are fitted with silicone rubber laminated liners. The HDPE bottle is excellent for low-temperature freezing of media and similar products.
