These Q-series solvent caps ensure a leak-free, vapor-tight seal to protect lab staff from exposure to toxic fumes, prevent ingress of particulates, and prevent evaporation of solvent. Use the on/off valves to control the flow of each line independently. The anti-twist design lets the PTFE body spin freely within the cap. No need to disconnect the fluid lines before unscrewing the cap—no more twisted tubes when the cap is fitted or removed. Easily connect semi-rigid tubing to caps using 1/4"-28 UNF(M) fittings. Connect flexible tubing using Dibafit™ PEEK™ thread-to-barb adapters. Each port features a stainless steel thread insert to enable repeated connect/disconnect. All caps are autoclavable. A 12-1/4” (31 cm) long, 1/8" OD PTFE tubing is supplied fitted inside the cap and extending into the bottle.

Beckman Coulter Cap Bottle, 63mm
The Fisherbrand 63mm Cap Bottle is a 63mm diameter plastic bottle with a screw cap closure. It has a capacity of 125mL and is made from low density polyethylene. The bottles are sold in cases of 500 and have graduations up to 100mL. The screw caps have a liner and an orifice diameter of 7.5mm. The bottles can withstand temperatures from -20°C to 80°C and the caps from -20°C to 60°C. The bottles conform to USP Type I requirements and meet FDA specifications for food contact.
