Foxx Life Sciences presents its Single-Use Sterile EZBiopure Titanium Round Media Bottle Cap Assembly with tubing and vent filters. These assemblies let customers choose fittings (CPC MPC/AQS, plug, or luer) and TPE brand tubing (EZBio, C-Flex, AdvantaFlex, EZBioWeld, Flexlene, or PureWeld).
Utilizing Foxx's patented VersaCap technology, no machining is required, making them ideal for single-use applications.
Each EZBiopure Titanium Round (TR) MTO cap assembly includes a GL45 open cap with adapter, GL45 close cap for storage, TPE tubing (ID 1/8 in, OD 1/4 in), fittings, a dip tube for precise draw, a 0.22 µm vent filter, and a ratchet-style pinch clamp. Each unit is double-bagged and gamma sterilized in the U.S.A.

205-5333-RLS: Adapter, 53mm, 2x 5/16" HB Molded In. Patented VersaCap is leak-proof, uses a replaceable Pt-cured silicone gasket, and provides the ultimate in top-connection flexibility. Open VersaCap is compatible with a variety of adapter inserts, enabling users to quickly change the top connections of each carboy or bottle to match their application needs. VersaCap offers large finger grips that allow for easy tightening and opening. They are also stackable, and offered in 53mm, 83mm (compatible with most carboys), and 120mm wide-mouth versions that fit exclusively on Foxx Life Sciences 20L, 40L, and 75L EZfil carboys. Quick-connect hose barb options include combinations of two, three, and four ports, with 1/4 and 3/8 hose barb sizes. Molded-in hose barb options are available in 1/8, 1/4, 516, and 1/2 sizes. VersaCap are made from polypropylene, which may be autoclaved at 15 PSI and 121C (250F) for 20 minutes.
