ATCC TOV-112D (CRL-3593) human ovarian carcinoma epithelial cell line - frozen vial
TOV-112D is a human epithelial ovarian carcinoma cell line derived in 1992 from the ovary of a 42-year-old female with primary malignant adenocarcinoma. Supplied frozen for research use, the cell line is adherent, tumorigenic, and used in ovarian cancer studies.
- Epithelial morphology.
- Adherent growth properties.
- Tumorigenic in nude mice; forms colonies in soft agar.
- Her2/neu positive; p53 Arg→His mutation (exon 6, codon 175).
- Karyotype: 52, XX, add(X)(p22), +add(1)(p22), +add(1)(p22), +2, +9, +12, add(15)(p11), +17.
- Recommended medium: 1:1 MCDB-105 and Medium 199 supplemented with 15% fetal bovine serum.

These high quality wafer carrier trays are specifically designed for storage, transport and handling of semiconductor wafers, glass wafers or other delicate flat objects. Made from either natural or conductive black polypropylene material and available in sizes from 1" to 6" with maximum grip, minimum contact and minimum pressure. The wafer or disc carriers have a conical base to support the wafers at the edges only. The wafers are held in place and secured by a spider spring and locking cap.

- Six ready-to-use frozen mini-cryovials (200 μL each).
- Stored at -80°C or colder; hold at or below -70°C if received on dry ice.
- Thaw in a 25-30°C water bath until just thawed (approx. 2-3 minutes).
- Transfer at least 50 μL (or 2-3 agar cubes) to recommended medium; do not refreeze unused portions.
- Viability typically observable after 1-2 days of incubation.
