Use these high-quality PVC-free fittings in biomedical, pharmaceutical, electronic, and other critical-use applications. Fittings are manufactured, double bagged, and sealed in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom to ensure that the integrity is not compromised. An ISO Class 7 cleanroom utilizes HEPA filtration systems to maintain air cleanliness levels of less than 10,000 particles of 0.5 µm or larger per cubic foot.
Easily combine or split fluid flow using tee unions. A single barb on each end of the fitting creates a tight seal to keep the tubing in place. These medical nylon fittings are made from the same resin as natural nylon but with FDA-compliant white coloring. They offer good tensile strength, stiffness, and impact resistance and are resistant to fuels and lubricants. Not recommended for use with phenols, strong acids, and oxidizing agents.

An anti-rotation device on each port prevents tubing from rotating, minimizing kinks. These animal-derivative-free polypropylene fittings are radiation stable and resistant to solvents, chemicals, water, strong mineral acids, bases, and other inorganic environments. Not recommended for use with oxidizing agents.

Simply insert the hose barb plug in the soft tubing to stop the fluid flow. A single barb on one end of the fitting creates a tight seal to keep the tubing in place. These natural Kynar fittings provide excellent chemical, flame, gamma radiation, UV, and weather resistance. They also exhibit good mechanical properties, low moisture absorption, and good machinability.

All-plastic quick-disconnect couplings require a standard fitting body and standard insert or large fitting body and large insert (order separately). Simply press the thumb latch to disconnect fitting halves. Available in polycarbonate (PC), Acetal, and polysulfone (PSF).
