Optimize Technologies EXP™ Analytical Column Hardware, 1.0mm x 50mm
The cartridge-based EXP™ Analytical Column System is designed for superior chromatographic analysis with each injection rated for routine use up to 20,000 psi. The EXP™ Analytical Column Holders incorporate Free-Turn™ architecture allowing the user to quickly exchange columns by hand without breaking any fluid connections. The holders are available in two formats: In-Line and Direct Connect, allowing the user to bypass additional tubing and connect directly to the detector for even greater resolution. Holder kits include EXP™ Nuts and Titanium Hybrid Ferrules to ensure repeated zero-dead-volume connections. EXP™ Analytical Column Hardware is available for purchase as empty columns. The column hardware is assembled up to the point of packing, allowing the customer to completely control the resins used, packing processes and testing conditions. Packing fixtures are also available and are compatible with all column dimensions.

A standard EXP™2 Stem Trap Kit includes (1) EXP™2 Stem Holder and (3) packed stems. Specialized features, patented technology, precision engineering and state-of-the-art manufacturing make the new EXP2 Stem Trap an unbeatable choice for ultra high-pressure trapping applications. Its slim architecture allows it to easily fit into crowded instrument compartments or to connect directly to tightly-spaced injection ports. When tightened by hand, the EXP2 Stem Trap seals to 8,700+ psi. Additionally, the product can be wrench tightened to 20,000+ psi (1,400+ bar). The unique packed floating stem installs directly into any 10-32 port and automatically adjusts to provide a perfect ZDV connection. The replacement stems are low volume/ low-dispersion, intended for many repeat uses and is available with various bed volume and custom packing options. This product is recommended for nano flow applications.

Optimize Technologies OPTI-SOLV In-Line Replacement Frits, 0.5µm, 0.187”Diameter, 10pk
The user-friendly OPTI-SOLV™ In-Line Filter system is well suited for a number of applications, such as high temperature, high-pressure environments where quick changes are imperative. The unique swivel design allows frits to be changed without removing the connecting tubing. Just plumb it once and leave it. The frictional forces generated at the piston/seal interface inevitably lead to particulate shedding. Placement of a filtering element between the pump and injector/ auto sampler removes these particulates, preventing problems with downstream components and costly downtime. Key Features include 10 Filter Elements, a 316 Stainless steel frit (solvent compatible), and an FEP sealing surface.
