The OPTI-TRAP™is a bi-directional trap cartridge system which is used individually or in a series for sample concentration and purification. Featuring a small 3/16” hex-head EXP™2 nut, EXP™ Original Titanium Hybrid Ferrule and the new EXP™2 Driver, the EXP™2 Fittings offer hand-tight connections rated to 20,000 psi+. The EXP™2 Nuts are available with 6-32, 6-40 and 10-32 threads and have been scaled down to allow for maximum working room in cramped spaces. The EXP™2 Driver is a small, easy to use knurled torque driver which snaps on to the nuts for hand-tightening and loosening. It is also slotted so that it can be easily removed from the nut and tubing after use. The Hybrid Ferrule provides a perfect seal with every connection, yet the swage can be released without tools to adjust to the different port depths of various hardware.
